The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp and hemp-derived compounds, extracts, and derivatives with a Delta 9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis. However, it may not be accessible in all states due to varying hemp-related laws. While no laws explicitly prohibit HHCo sales and production, states banning Delta 8 THC may also prohibit HHCO.
