Taking this isolate has given me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time

Taking this isolate has given me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. There is a little grogginess waking up but it passes. A small dose of .05mg sublingual with 500mg of the cbd isolate takes about 30 minutes and it’s quickly bedtime.

Works for arthritis pain
