Terms of Sale and Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted except where required by applicable law.
The complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are aware that the products you have purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids derived from hemp. We make no claims about the benefits of our products because they have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
If you decide to buy our products, you do so based on your own beliefs about the benefits these products might provide. Because of the nature of our products and our inability to verify the storage, handling, and condition of products once they leave our possession, we must reiterate that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, ingredient information, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) prior to making a purchase. Product descriptions and COAs are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Consumable Products and Opened Products
For the avoidance of doubt, any consumable cannabinoid, hemp-derived, dietary supplement, wellness product, topical product, or other product that has been opened, unsealed, used, tampered with, or had its tamper-evident packaging removed is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Gummies
• Tinctures
• Capsules and softgels
• Distillates
• Isolates
• Powders
• Topicals
• Any other consumable or wellness product sold by Zero Point Extraction
European Union Customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a right of withdrawal for eligible purchases within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or otherwise had their tamper-evident packaging removed after delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent a withdrawal right applies, products must be returned:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original sealed packaging
• In resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
Product Legality and Customs Seizures
We accept no liability if you purchase a product that is illegal in your state, territory, province, or country. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any product before placing an order and to remain informed of applicable laws and regulations.
While we make reasonable efforts to restrict sales where products may be prohibited, laws and regulations change frequently. A customer's lack of knowledge regarding local laws does not constitute grounds for a refund, return, exchange, chargeback, or cancellation.
Orders that are delayed, refused, confiscated, seized, destroyed, or otherwise affected by customs authorities, government agencies, postal services, or law enforcement are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or replacement.
Product Performance
Cannabinoids affect individuals differently, and some individuals may develop tolerances over time. Your experience with a product may differ from the experience of another customer.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Personal dissatisfaction with a product's effects, perceived effectiveness, taste, texture, appearance, or subjective performance does not constitute grounds for a refund, return, exchange, chargeback, or cancellation.
Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order and accepting the terms of purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Refund Policy.
If you believe there are exceptional circumstances relating to your order, please contact customer service at info@zeropointextraction.com. Any exception made by Zero Point Extraction shall be made at our sole discretion and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy.
Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Upon delivery of your order, please inspect all products immediately. Any claim for products damaged during shipping must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
To submit a damage claim, please contact us and provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the shipping package and label
Failure to report shipping damage within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery may result in denial of the claim.
