All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.
The complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are aware that the products you have purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids derived from hemp oil. We make no claims about the benefits of our products because they have not been evaluated by the FDA.
If you decide to buy our products, you do so based on your own beliefs about the benefits these products might provide. Because of the nature of our products and our inability to resell any returned items, we must reiterate that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will not accept exchanges or refunds.
Customers are encouraged to explore their desired product in detail before completing a purchase on our website. All available products offer comprehensive descriptions and Certificate of Analysis reports that provide the most up-to-date information about what is currently stocked; ensuring all shoppers make an informed decision.
We accept no liability if you purchase a product that is illegal in your state or country. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to verify your state or country legalities before purchasing any product from our website and to ensure you have the most up-to-date knowledge of the laws. While we make every effort to limit sales to locations where a product is legal, laws change so quickly that it can be difficult to keep up. You not knowing the local laws is not a reason for a return. This includes being seized by customs for any reason.
Cannabinoids affect everyone differently, and some people develop tolerances. Your experience with the same product may differ from that of another person. We stand behind the quality of our products, and "feeling" like it isn't working is not a valid reason for a refund.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
