my only complaint is plastic instead of glass jars – i would be willing to pay extra for glass – plastic is bad for the planet and for our bodies.

Really nice distillates and isolates, not just this particular item. Makes it possible to mix my own batches, try various cannabinoids, and come up with a final product that is functional, but doesn't break the bank.
Other CBD isolate I have had in the past was dry powder. This CBD is waxy/oily and is a clump as opposed to a powder. The product feels to be of high quality to me, I'm going to keep experimenting.

I feel like it had maybe a gram or so less, im guessing a packaging issue with the machine? Despite that, it works pretty good i think, makes me sleepy

The only issue is that they send it in a large puck and in transit because it is jostled, they tend to crash into each other and break up (at least that's what it looked like.
The plus side is that it makes them easier to add to your bowl (since that's how I smoke it).
