Very easy to use. I put in my dry herb vaporizer with my herbs for extra calming effects. You don’t need a lot of it. I also have eaten it for longer calming effects. I highly recommend for mental relaxation

Good quality light color i do wish the price a little bit lower, just for 5 grams but otherwise great product.

Adding it to my daily tincture and works well for me. Ground it up to a rough powder for adding into my vaporizer. Good deal.
